Follow these steps in the case that a student cannot log in

If a student is having trouble logging in because their details are invalid it mean they have entered in the wrong username and password combination.

The quickest way to get them into an assessment is to log in using their name and date of birth as shown below. They should select the option 'I have not signed into Sparx before' and proceed down this route.

Using their Name and Date of Birth (D.O.B.): Students can log in by entering their name and D.O.B. Their results can be matched to their account once the assessment is completed and the MIS sync has occurred. [There is also an option to log in with Google/Microsoft to auto-fill their name].

Currently, Sparx Assessment does not support resetting a student password. However, this can be triggered for the student in the normal way via Sparx Maths, Reader or Science.
