Sparx Assessments stores most of the data from one academic year to the next; reporting is available from 2025/26. To view previous years' data, follow these steps:
Go to ‘Assessments’
Click ‘Previous years’ underneath the page heading
Students will be shown in the classes that they are currently in (as opposed to the classes they were in when they were originally set the paper)
If a student is no longer at the school, we will show them as an "Unknown student"
Students that have joined the school will be available to add to the assessment and you can still add their marks. These students are found on the 'Enter marks' page and are found at the very bottom of the list of students.
Fix-up from previous years will still be served to students; it can be turned off and on in the normal way.
