To add staff members to Sparx Assessments
Go to More > Staff Manager on the left of the screen
Click Add staff member on the top right-hand side of the screen
Fill in the staff member's details
Click Save
When a new teacher has been added, they will receive a welcome email inviting them to log in
If your school uses Single Sign-On they can log in using their Microsoft or Google credentials. If you do not use Single Sign-On, they will be asked to set their own password.
In Sparx Assessments, all teacher accounts have the same admin rights and can see all classes.
To remove a staff account
Go to More > Staff Manager on the left of the screen
Click on the staff member
Select "Remove staff member immediately"
Note: accounts are shared across Sparx Maths, Reader, Science and Assessments so this will remove their access to all of the systems.
